Make an Appoinment
For a seamless hire experience we appreciate bookings to guarantee we can dedicate our time to you. We do take walk in appointments but these will be seen when staff have availablity. Bookings are essential on Saturdays and for groups.

Get Fitted In Store
At your appointment we can discuss the options and combinations available to you. We will mesure you up for sizing and adjustments. Same day hire is available just let our team know so we can allow extra time to make alterations.

Final Fitting & Collection
We require a final fitting for all hires which is done at the same time as collection. This guarantees the perfect fit and ensures both parties are happy with all the items you have hired. Collection is available from Thursday onwards. The date of your pick up will be confirmed at your fitting and can be negotiable if neccasary.

Return Suit
Following your hire, suits are to be returned by end of day Monday unless otherwise discussed with our team. Just return in your suit bag after wearing and we take care of the dry cleaning for you.
FORMAL HIRE FAQ'S
Q: Do I need to make a booking for a fitting?
A: Bookings are required for fittings especially on Saturdays. During week days we are open to walk-in appointments, but bookings take priority. If you require a suit in a hurry calling ahead ensures we are able to fit your requirements.
Q: What if my groomsmen live out of town or overseas?
A: If someone in the wedding party is from out of town, we would need their suit size provided to us as soon as possible so we can book out their size. A fitting guide is provided on our website, which can be taken to a menswear store or suit hire that is close to them, it is common that a fitting fee may be charged.
Q: Do you hire children’s formal wear?
A: Yes. We stock black suits from a size 3 upwards, with various colour options in waistcoats and ties; we also have white shirts.
Q: Do we need to dry-clean our hire before returning?
A: No. This is included in the hire cost.
Q: When can we collect our suits?
A: Suits are ready for collection from Thursday on the week of the event, unless prior arrangements have been discussed. We highly recommend booking a final fitting appointment to ensure everything is perfect.
Q: When do we have to return our suits?
A: Suits need to be returned on the following Monday before 5pm, unless prior arrangements have been discussed.
Q: Do I need I.D to hire?
A: Yes. We also require credit card details which are used instead of a bond.
Q: What if the measurements/sizes that I provided are not correct?
A: We recommend that anyone hiring a suit have a final fit on collection. If any sizes or measurements have changed or are not correct, we can make minor adjustments while you wait. Please be aware that during our peak hire season, some size availability is limited. If someone does not have a final fit, then we cannot be liable for any measurement/fitting issues.
Q: How early should I be booking suits for my wedding?
A: If your wedding date is during our busiest hire period (October-April) we recommend booking 4-6 months in advance.
Q: What if I can’t find ties to match the colours of our wedding?
A: Our staff can help with matching tie suggestions. Alternatively, we offer a service of having ties made from our colour swatches or with fabric provided by you.
