TO HIRE: Your credit card details are required for ID and bond.
CANCELLATION: All cancellations attract a booking fee of $50 per suit/outfit booked. Cancellations within 60 days of required date are void of any refund. If a suit/outfit is not collected a non-collection fee of $80 per suit/outfit applies.
FINAL FITTING: A final fitting is required on collection of all garments. Sergios will not accept liability for errors in hired garments without a final fitting.
LATE RETURNS: A late fee of $20 per day per suit/outfit returned late without prior arrangement. All returns are due back on Monday (except on public holidays).
LIABILITY: The garments remain the property of Sergios Formal Hire. The hirer is liable for any damage, soiling or loss of garments. The hirer accepts liability and will settle any outstanding debt.
Any unpaid debt will be forwarded on to a collection agency and will incur collection fees.
Please note : Minimum hire value is $80 per person
